Hi, I’m Kate, and I’m excited you're here!

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, looking to refine your routine, or a seasoned athlete aiming to elevate your performance, I'm here to help you achieve your goals.

 

With experience working alongside Major League Baseball players from the Miami Marlins, professional soccer players from Inter Miami CF, and coaching collegiate athletes at Cressey Sports Performance, I’ve gained valuable skills in optimizing nutrition, hydration, recovery, and injury prevention. My bilingual approach allows me to connect with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring that fitness and nutrition education are accessible and comfortable for everyone. I've also had the privilege of learning from top professionals in the industry, and I bring that knowledge directly to my clients.

As a former multisport collegiate athlete, I know firsthand the physical demands athletes face, and I’m passionate about helping you optimize both your nutrition and performance in a balanced, sustainable way. My own experiences have fueled my drive to support others in their fitness journeys while maintaining overall well-being.
